In the past 20 years, I have had the privilege to act in all kind of different roles, work with talented professionals and interact with dozens of companies. I have always pursued a role in which I could make a difference and really have an impact. To continue this path, I have now set up my own firm so I can take part in challenging assignments in my network. I am always interested to see whether my profile fits your challenge. My profile in short:
I am a no-nonsense, all-round manager with experience in HR-, & HR-Tech firms. My roots lie in HR & L&D, so I particularly love HR assignments. In my daily work practice, I combine conceptual skills with excellent communication skills. My strength is to align stakeholders and show execution power at the same time; I get things done. I am skilled to guide organisations / teams in challenging settings and to balance multiple competing priorities. During my career I have acquired valuable insights in developing & implementing organisational structures, project management models, HR processes & business software solutions.

I am specifically interested in interim board / management roles in HR (Tech) and L&D assignments at firms that want to 'reach the next level'.
