General Management

I have acted as a manager in different roles & challenging settings for 10 years. I have been a Team manager, COO & CEO. I am experienced in the strategic, operational as well as the financial aspect of leading an organisation. Moreover, I have developed Management Development programmes. All of this combined, I can state that I have a good balance between theory,  experience & actual practice. I currently also coach several managers in being more effective in their role.
